The only reason that you do the story is to actually unlock other activities. With its look at combat, traversal, and how the two intertwine in addition to the choices found in the narrative, the mission seemed designed to show off each of the game’s big systems. For example, Caldwell can counter and redirect an enemy’s momentum and shove them off buildings in addition to using the aforementioned drop kick to send them to their death. The “A Place to Call Home” quest showed protagonist Aiden Caldwell in his journey to check out power substations and, later on, stop a bandit raid at a bar called The Fish Eye. The most recent episode showcased a mission that took place later in the game, which meant showcased some more advanced combat and traversal abilities.

Techland has been revealing more and more about its open-world, zombie-infused parkour game Dying Light 2: Stay Human through its Dying 2 Know series before its February 4 launch.
